# MSKster AI

> MSKster AI is practice management software with a built-in AI clinical scribe, built specifically for musculoskeletal (MSK) clinics: chiropractic, physiotherapy, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and personal training. It is the clinic's practice system (booking, diary, packages, invoices, and notes). It combines AI-assisted clinical documentation (AI Scribe), episode-based care tracking, scheduling, and clinic business intelligence in a single platform, replacing the 2-3 separate tools MSK clinics typically stitch together.

Pricing is in Hong Kong dollars per month. Solo desk (one practitioner) HKD 680, clinic desk (2 to 5 practitioners) HKD 880, AI Scribe HKD 480 per practitioner with 1,000 minutes included. The first 10 clinics get founding prices (HKD 480, HKD 680, and HKD 380), held for 12 months. Front desk and owner logins are free. Six or more practitioners are quoted. - AI Scribe drafts structured, MSK-specific SOAP notes in real time during a consult (with consent); a clinician always reviews and signs before anything is saved — it never finalizes a note autonomously.

- Episode-led care model: one patient's injury story is tracked continuously across intake, active rehab, maintenance, and return, rather than fragmented per-visit records.
