How we protect clinic records
Locks you use every day: a locked browser session, walls between clinics, locked note text, a list of who opened a file, and a second sign-in code for staff.
What is live
Locks you use every day
The software was rebuilt
The clinic system underneath is current. Staff still book, write notes, and bill the same way.
Your clinic, your files
Another clinic cannot open your patients, notes, or “who looked” list.
Notes are locked
The words in a treatment note are stored locked. Staff still read them normally.
A password is not enough
After the password, staff get a 6-digit code by email.
The padlock
The site uses HTTPS, and the browser is told to stay on it.
Sign-in stays here
Desk cookies are marked so other sites cannot casually take them.
Who opened a file
The clinic can see who opened a record. That list stays inside the clinic. The note itself is not copied into the log.
Photos are checked
New note photos are checked before they save, and they are not left on a public link.
Texts go to real patients
A login or reset text is only sent to a number that is already a patient.
We do not sell files
Patient information is not sold.
Short answers
Questions owners actually ask
- Is everything encrypted?
- The words in the treatment note are. Names, phone numbers, and the calendar are kept so the desk can still search and book.
- Can another clinic see us?
- No. Patients, notes, and the “who opened this” list stay inside your clinic.
- What if someone learns a password?
- They still need the email code for that staff account.
- Did the screens change?
- Daily work looks the same on purpose. The software behind it, and the locks, are new.
What a clinic can tell a patient
Words you can use
Short
Your notes stay in our clinic system. The note itself is locked. Other clinics cannot see your file. We do not sell your information.
A little longer
Your notes stay in our clinic system. The words in the note are stored locked. Other clinics cannot open your file. Staff sign in with a password and a code sent to email. We can see who opened a record. We do not sell your information.
